Never mind the fact that a Medusa requires ABSOLUTELY PERFECT placement to heal without causing major complications. The hypertrophic scarring from a medusa done on even a slight angle will leave you looking like you have a wart on your upper lip until you can pay to have it surgically removed, leaving a scar that will look like a miniature cleft. Ugh why are people so stupid.
